"To ensure a great sleep, make sure to do the following:
1) Request a hotel room at the end of a hallway, with no connecting door,
2) Pack earplugs and eyeshades,
3) Carry big paper clips or binder clips to completely close room curtains.
4) Put a towel or extra pillows at the bottom of the door to muffle sounds from the hallway.
